THIS WEEK’S SUPREME COURT DECISION WILL ALTER THE POWER OF UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS FOREVER
For over a century, the Marxist elements in America have worked relentlessly to transfer power from We the People and our elected representatives to a permanent class of ‘experts’.
One of America’s worst presidents—perhaps the worst until Joe Biden—was Woodrow Wilson, the man who sponsored this unconstitutional madness.
This one horrible leader pushed through the unconstitutional private central bank misnomered ‘The Federal Reserve’ (it is neither federal nor a ‘reserve’), falsely passed an unconstitutional amendment for the federal government to tax the people directly (Amnd. XVI) and robbed the States of their representation in Congress (Amnd. XVII).
Too late for redemption, this compromised fool, Woodrow Wilson, realised his folly, but he had set my home nation on a course to perdition:
I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.
Re: His part in creating the Federal Reserve
Unfortunately, most of the world followed the inept leadership and example of President Wilson, bringing all of western civilisation to the brink of disaster today. The world is simultaneously going bankrupt and all the bankers clamour for more wars to finish the job.
Private central banks, you see, print fiat currency from thin air. It has no backing and this free money is the key element in funding wars, unneeded burdensome bureaucracies and any number of global misadventures such as America’s CIA or Britain’s MI6.

THE REAL PRESIDENT WAS COLONEL EDWARD MANDELL HOUSE—THE CABAL’S INSIDE MAN
When I say, ‘inside man’, I mean it. Col. House literally lived in the White House with Wilson and his wife and was put there by his masters of what was known as ‘The Money Trust’—Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Warburgs and J.P. Morgan.
This Marxist plot was foisted on the nation with a book Wilson titled, “The New Freedom”.
The gist of this horrid piece of propaganda was claiming that the people should be freed of the mundane duties and responsibilities of citizens in a free nation and turn all of that over to a class of unelected bureaucrats, the Marxist still describe as ‘the experts’.
Listen to any of the propaganda media this week and they will whine that America will no longer have to listen to them—which is a matter for great celebration.
HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED…
The U.S. Supreme Court just handed down their decision in two joined cases known as Relentless and Loper Bright, which rescinded a 1984 ruling in Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., 467 U.S. 837 (1984).
The 1984 case—which was a Marxist wet dream—created a doctrine known as The Chevron Deference, described as “a landmark decision of the United States Supreme Court that set forth the legal test for when U.S. federal courts must defer to a government agency's interpretation of a law or statute.”
In other words, unelected bureaucrats could basically write their own laws—claiming that they believed they somehow fell within limited statutes—whether they did or not.
These agencies then began to charge citizens under them, try them in their own courts, and have them imprisoned, without any constitutional power, if found guilty—which they are 98.6% of the time.
If a company or individual was foolish enough to challenge Big Brother, the courts have sided almost exclusively with the bureaucrats under this outrageous doctrine, giving them unlimited power, until now.
HOW BAD WAS IT?
The U.S. Constitution, for example, allows federal government to punish just two crimes—1) Piracy on the High Seas and Against Laws of Other Nations and 2) Counterfeiting Securities and Current Coin of the United States. Congress is also allowed to ‘declare the punishment for treason’.
That’s it. All the rest is the purview of the States, yet these unaccountable agencies and their Marxist enablers have now created 314,000 rules and means of imprisoning and punishing Americans.
The United States now has 25% of the worlds’ prisoners, with just 5% of its population—and though I was moved between 29 jails, prisons and black sites as a political prisoner there for seven years, I never met a single pirate or counterfeiter.
That’s how bad it’s gotten. It’s rotten to the core and this ruling can make all the difference in the world—under the right Chief Executive.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW?
First, we must determine how many of these unlawful agencies exist as, “There is no authoritative list of government agencies,” according to Forbes Magazine.
In December of 2016, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Chuck Grassley, noted, “[T]he Federal Register indicates there are over 430 departments, agencies, and sub-agencies in the federal government.”
Ten more such agencies have been added since, so our best guess is 440 of these monsters feeding at the federal trough and not a one of them are mentioned as a power of the federal government.
If their services are needed, the States can establish their own versions of them, but Trump’s main promise is to start dismantling them at the federal level and anyone not in the Swamp—or feeding from it—can’t wait!
This will be a new beginning for America.
Trump has to win in November to do this, and that is anything but certain, despite his popularity.
The Democrats will throw the kitchen sink at their efforts to hijack this election. Stand by for some really dirty tricks by the DNC and their minions in the MSM and DOJ.
DC will rightfully have a major reduction in population once the unconstitutional bureaucracies are removed and any supporting the authority for the federal government via the constitution are purged of the corruption. The states should only assume authority for constitutional authority, not just recreate unconstitutional bureaucracies at the state level. Most of the power authorized by the constitution is local. IRS, HHS, Dept. of education, etc. unconstitutional at any level.
All of this must occur at the mandates of ‘we the people’…
